  • Provides you with instructions on how to navigate your licensee portal

• Licensee Portal-

  • Accessing this portal with your username and password allows you to view your personal license record. From here you can renew your license and verify when the expiration date has been extended. Designated brokers may view the expiration dates of their branch offices and affiliated licensees to monitor these license renewals as well as their own.

• Nebraska Licensee Search -

  • You can search the Online Database for real estate licensees or real estate applicants - Licensee/Applicant Information Searches

• International Licensee Search -

  • The link connects users to the ARELLO (Association of Real Estate License Law Officials) Licensee Database, which contains real estate licensee information submitted by participating regulatory jurisdictions worldwide. Because not all jurisdictions contribute data, a search may return a message indicating that the licensing agency for the jurisdiction searched does not yet provide information to the database. If this occurs, users should select "Regulatory Agencies" from the left menu to access a directory of real estate regulatory jurisdictions around the world. By clicking on a jurisdiction's name, users can visit its website, where they may find a searchable licensee database. If no database is available, the site typically provides contact information for the agency. If a listed jurisdiction does not have a website, contact information is still provided.
