- Correct Fee - Application and Examination fee

- Current Passport-Type Photo (head and shoulders only, bigger than 2x2 and taken within the past year) Do not include copies of your driver’s license or passport.

- Work Experience Complete - provide past 3 years

- Lawsuit or Criminal Information on Application Complete

- Criminal Background Report - pursue the fingerprint process as soon as possible

- Proof of Real Estate Statutory Education - Course Completion Certificate (s) or Transcript from College/University - (see requirement)

- High School Diploma, GED, or evidence of participation or enrollment in a home school program from the Department of Education
