Pre-License Education Requirements

License Type Education Requirement
Salesperson - 60 clock hours (2 courses) in Pre-License Courses
- 6 clock hours in Professional Practice and Standards (Course 0003)
Broker -60 clock hours (2 courses) in Pre-License Courses in addition to the hours required for the salespersons license
- 6 clock hours in Professional Practice and Standards (Course 0003)
- 2 yrs full-time Salesperson Experience or part-time equivalent*
