Letter of Intent
Consent to Examine Trust Account   OR Commission Approved Trust Account Waiver Form
Designated Broker Education Requirement - if supervising other licensees
Certificate of Registration from the Real Estate Commission
          (This is needed before filing with Secretary of State's Office)
Submit the L.L.C. Application form online on the Licensee Portal to the Real Estate Commission.
