Associate Broker/
Broker		 - High School Diploma, GED, or evidence of participation or enrollment in a home school program from the Department of Education/
-60 clock hours (2 courses) in Pre-License Education in addition to the hours required for the salesersons license
- 6 hour Professional Practice Standards (#0003)
- 2 yrs full-time Salesperson Experience or part-time equivalent*
 2 yrs Current Criminal History Report Approval of Application
