CURRENT REQUIREMENT-66 HOURS TOTAL
- 60 hrs (2 courses) of Pre-License Education
- 6 hour Professional Practice Standards (#0003)

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026 - 96 HOURS TOTAL

- 90 Clock hours (3 courses) in Approved Pre-License Education to include:
30 hour course in Real Estate Principles and Practices
30 hour course in Nebraska Real Estate License Law
30 hour course in an approved Pre-License Education course
None Current Criminal History Report

Exam score of 75%
Associate Broker/
Broker
- High School Diploma, GED, or evidence of participation or enrollment in a home school program from the Department of Education/
-60 clock hours (2 courses) in Pre-License Education in addition to the hours required for the salespersons license

- 2 yrs full-time Salesperson Experience or part-time
