Real Estate Examination Procedures
(Please Read Carefully)
The staff of the Real Estate Commission will process and pre-qualify candidates to sit for the examination. Applications must be submitted to the Commission and all necessary documentation will be required prior to candidates being authorized to take the examination. Application fees and examination fees must be paid to the Commission.(Click here for items needed to complete application.)
The staff will notify the testing company, PSI Services, LLC (PSI), of those eligible to sit for the examination. Candidates will then contact PSI, directly, to make an appointment to take the examination. Appointments will only be scheduled for those who have completed the pre-qualification and have been referred on to PSI by the Commission staff.

Location 1: Lincoln
H&R Block Tax Office

Lincoln, NebraskaDirections: O Street is US 34. Park in the lot on the south side of the tax office and enter via the south door marked "PSI Assessment Center."
Location 2: North Platte
Mid Plains Community College
1101 Halligan Drive, Room 205
North Platte, NebraskaDirections: From I-80 W - Take exit 179 and follow the ramp onto State Hwy 56G Link /S Newberry Rd/S Newbery Access Rd. Turn left onto Halligan Dr. The location will be on the right.
When traveling through North Platte on Highway 83, turn East at the intersection of Highway 83 and Halligan Drive. Continue East over the canal. North Campus will be on the North side of Halligan Drive.
Location 3: Omaha
Directions: From I-80 West - At exit 451, take the ramp right and follow the signs for 42nd St. Turn left onto 42nd St. Go for about a mile, and then turn right onto L St. The H&R Block office is about a half mile down the road on the left. It is located at 48th St. Square.

Harms Advanced Technology Building

Scottsbluff, NebraskaDirections: From Hwy. 26 turn North on 27th St. Go to the 3rd right and the Harms Advanced Technology Center (HATC) should be on the right. It is located across the street from the library of WEstern Nebraska Community College. Turn left into the driveway, where there is plenty of parking ot the west of the building as well as the north of the building. Once you enter, the receptionist will direct individuals to the testing center.
