AGENCY POLICY INFORMATION

 

This section is intended to be provided to designated brokers who have recently either been issued a new designated broker license or have had been recently transferred to be a designated broker.

IMPORTANT REMINDER
PLEASE READ IMMEDIATELY!!!

With thirty (30) days of becoming a self-employed designated broker, you must submit to the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, a copy of your written “Designated Broker Agency Policy”.

The “Guideline for Development of Designated Broker Policy” and all other information necessary to assist you in writing said policy is located on our website at: https://nrec.nebraska.gov/legal/agencyinformation.html

Failure to comply is a violation of the Agency Relationship Statutes, Specifically Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76-2420.  This statutory requirement is strictly enforced.
