WRITTEN BUYER REPRESENTATION CONTRACT

Effective July 1, 2025, a written buyer representation contract will be mandated for residential sales before engaging in any real estate activities. This requirement has been approved by the Commission and adopted through the rule and regulation process. Below is a sample written buyer representation contract and best practices.
