NEW INFORMATION REQUIRED ON AGENCY DISCLOSURE FORMS - EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2017

The Nebraska Real Estate Commission recently approved changes to the agency disclosure form. The changes involve new language regarding the “chain of command” a company has, as well as language regarding representation and designated agency. The new language is on the back of the one page form and is mandatory.
